For Candidates who have registered IELTS test on 9 Oct 2010 and have applied the Common Recruitment Examination and Basic Law Test (CRE and BLT) but wish to apply for Test Day Transfer, please submit to us your transfer application and acknowledgement email issued by the Civil Service Bureau by 5pm on 17 Sep 2010.
Late application may be subjected to an administrative charge of HK$375. Transfer application and documents submitted to CEPAS less than 2 weeks prior to the original IELTS test date will not be accepted.

Students of programmes (full-time or part-time) who expect to are eligible for the scheme. Eligible students can only take the test and reimburse once only.
You should consult your institution to check your eligibility for the scheme. If you are not eligible for the scheme but wish to take the IELTS test in Hong Kong, you may contact IDP Education Pty Ltd (Tel 2827 6362) or British Council (Tel 2913 5170). |

Candidate can log in as "Already Registered" one week before the selected test day to print out the Admission Ticket. |
