All IELTS examinations will be held as scheduled.
Candidates are allowed to put on masks at the examination venues but will be required to
remove their masks during registration and the checking of attendance in order to verify
candidates’ identities.

remove their masks during registration and the checking of attendance in order to verify
candidates’ identities. They must take off the masks inside the Examination Room.
- Candidates with fever or influenza-like illness (I.L.I.) symptoms are strongly advised to visit a doctor as soon as possible and should not go to any examination centres.
- If candidates have been quarantined, they should inform IELTS CEPAS Management Unit via the Department of Health.
- Candidates should refer to the CEPAS website at www.ugccepa.com for information and updates regarding IELTS CEPAS examinations.

Candidates who are absent on the test day due to serious illness may apply for Test
Day Transfer with the following medical supporting documents and an administrative
charge of HKD375 submitted to CEPAS within 3 working days after the original test date:
You may fax/email the supporting documents to us first in order to speed up the
processing; however, originals of the supporting documents must be posted to us as
soon as possible.
